I’m...  Today is the first day of my journey. Well, actually it isn’t. The first day was July 1st, when I sent Cyndi Benson that first e-mail, pouring my heart out to her and asking for help. But today is the first day of my program. I was going to wait until Friday, when I actually start...  Tomorrow is my first day on the Grace and Strength diet. The first two days are “load” days. I will be getting the hcg in my system and preparing my body for a very low calorie diet. In order to do that, I will be eating basically junk. A lot of junk.
